Our regular CrossFit classes focus on constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity. Each class consists of a warm-up and stretch, weightlifting or gymnastics, and a Metcon (metabolic conditioning). Members push themselves to work hard while keeping good form and technique.
Elements is a two-hour private class with Head Coach, Matt, for all beginners new to CrossFit. It covers all of the foundational movements used in CrossFit and focuses on teaching good form and technique.
Our Olympic Lifting program focuses on the three contested Olympic lifts which are the Snatch, the Clean, and the Jerk. This is a great way to build explosive power and strength. Beginners will focus on technique with ligher weight and add weight as experience grows. We also have the Buckhead Barbell Club for the more serious lifters.
