Turkish Get Up (8 each arm)

*Hold each Turkish Get Up should take about 30sec. Use light/moderate weight and take your time. Hold positions for 2-3sec.


1 Snatch Grip Push Press + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat (8×1)

*Heaviest possible in 8 sets

*1-2min Rest between sets


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10min AMRAP Ladder

*Add 1 Rep to each movement every round

1 Chest to Bar Pullup

1 Hang Power Snatch 95/65

1 Box Jump 24/20
*Rx+ Bar/Ring Muscle Ups AND 30/24 Box air max 90 air max 90
