*With 3sec Eccentric (lowering)
**ALL @ 75%**
Burpees Over the Bar
Ground to Overheads 135/95
*Rx+ Chest to Bar Pullups and/or 165/115
Dumbbell Biceps Curl 21’s (3-4 Sets)
Perform partial 7 reps from the top of the curl to halfway then back up.
Then do partial 7 reps from the bottom to halfway.
Finish with 7 full range of motion curls for a total of 21reps
