Round 3 – DB Hang Power Clean

Round 4 – DB Floor/Bench Press

Round 5 – DB Lunges

Round 6 – DB Front Squat

Round 7 – DB Bent Over Row

Round 8 – DB Single Arm Clean and Jerk

Round 9 – DB Deadlift

Round 10 – DB Thruster
*Dumbbell weight is your choice. You should be able to have good form with whatever weight you choose on every movement.
