*3sec 2inches off the floor, 3sec above the knee, 3sec High Hang. Then squat clean.

Push Jerk (3 Every 1:30 for 5 Sets)

*Like the Power Jerk but you don’t jump. Feet don’t move. Drive the bar up and then Push yourself under it.
