What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a back-to-basics strength and conditioning program. A program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and all-inclusive. It combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day (WODs) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. We don’t use isolation machines or treadmills…we employ dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, olympic lifting, pull up bars, joint mobility, tires, running, complex conditioning, agility drills, plyometrics, rowing, and just about anything else that will increase strength and freedom in your everyday movements. CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT FOOTBALL?

It is a strength and conditioning program designed for football players and participants in contact sports, and is an excellent fitness program for anyone wanting to get the benefits of training like an athlete.

We use organic functional movements performed at high intensity to simulate the demands placed on an athlete during a football game. Football is a game of seconds and inches. CrossFit Football knows the demands placed on players during the game and the distances they will have to travel. With this in mind, we can replicate the stresses and situations a player will face on the field. By combining high intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, the result is a training program that is unparalleled in the industry.
