Sunday’s Group Detox
As a group, complete the following:
400M run (all)
400 push ups
300 thrusters (65/45)
200 wall balls (20/14)
100 tire flips
400M run (all)
As a group, we will start and finish the run together. From there on out, one person at a time will complete as many of the exercises as they can; when they reach failure, the next person goes. For example, Ray starts with 50 push ups, then Chris does 50, then Jeff does 50, then Bridget does 50…we rotate through until the set is completed.
