That’s right…coming April 13th, CFPT is going to be offering Bootcamp as well as Running and Marathon Coaching. We are currently working on getting the information up, so more details coming soon. In the meantime, if you have any friends that CrossFit might not have been right for, but you think a bootcamp style workout would be better…let them know about CrossFit Peachtree’s new Bootcamp! Our, similarly, if you, or your friends are interested in running coaching, have them get in touch with Brendon. Side note…we will be getting pricing up for these additional services at some point today. The Goat
“The “Goat” concept (concept lifted from CrossFit Vancouver) is simple. A “Goat” is an exercise or movement you suck at, hate or both. This can include anything from running, thrusters, handstands, or stretching your hamstrings. This point is, we should work harder at the things we suck at instead of always trying to improve what we’re already good at. Spending some time during your warm-up or cool-down to improve some of your “goats” will make a HUGE difference in how fast you progress!”
Start practicing, there is an excellent chance if you are a Crossfit Peachtree member or online follower you are going to be spending some quality time with your own particular ‘Goat’ in the next few days.

Stumble CrossFit Peachtree!
