HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

No noon classes starting Friday 12.18-until 01.02.10.
We will have evening classes ONLY from 12.28 – 12.30
We will be CLOSED for New Years Thursday 12.31 – Friday 01.01.10

For those of you that are traveling during this time, there is a link to the right for our travel WODs. For those of you sticking around town, that still want to get a good workout in…go for a run, hike up Kennesaw Mountain and Little Kennesaw or go run up Stone Mountain. Go bike or take a yoga class. Use this time to let your body recover and come back ready for the 2010 beatdowns starting Saturday 01.02.2010!!

METCON examples are HELEN and CINDI

HELEN- 3 Rds 400m Run, 21 KB Swings, 12 Pullups
CINDI- 20 Min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats

Joey, dismount..Games on “The Ocho” always start a little late…They have calf roping coming on at 4:30, and that always runs a little late…I am impressed we have had no arrests come out over the weekend with the dawgs in the bright lights and big city of Shreveport…

No problem from Me but Im only working until 545ish.
SaraH and Jenny T are working 545-645. Then Taylor closes 645-?. i don’t see why any of them would have a problem with it but it’s their call.
