HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

No noon classes starting Friday 12.18-until 01.02.10.
We will be CLOSED for Christmas, Thursday 12.24 – Sunday 12.27
We will have evening classes ONLY from 12.28 – 12.30
We will be CLOSED for New Years Thursday 12.31 – Friday 01.01.10

For those of you that are traveling during this time, there is a link to the right for our travel WODs. For those of you sticking around town, that still want to get a good workout in…go for a run, hike up Kennesaw Mountain and Little Kennesaw or go run up Stone Mountain. Go bike or take a yoga class. Use this time to let your body recover and come back ready for the 2010 beatdowns starting Saturday 01.02.2010!!

Oh I’m at work. I wouldn’t call what I am doing working (FYI there’s a huge sale at Polo online), but I’m here.

Did anyone volunteer to close on 12/29 or work with me? I don’t mind working alone, but if nobody’s closing, those doors will be locked at 6:46 meaning no 6:30 class or 7. Let me know so I can get my “beat bitch’s asses” face on if people come in after 6 to workout!

Jenny… Quit spreading these lies! I can’t check flickr right now since I’m on 75 South headed towards 80 degree weather for xmas… So I’m sorry, but I don’t believe you. Checking out someone’s rear view doesn’t sound like something I would do. Just sayin.
