HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
- No noon classes starting Friday 12.18-until 01.02.10.
- We will be CLOSED for Christmas, Thursday 12.24 – Sunday 12.27
- We will have evening classes ONLY from 12.28 – 12.30
- We will be CLOSED for New Years Thursday 12.31 – Friday 01.01.10
For those of you that are traveling during this time, there is a link to the right for our travel WODs. For those of you sticking around town, that still want to get a good workout in…go for a run, hike up Kennesaw Mountain and Little Kennesaw or go run up Stone Mountain. Go bike or take a yoga class. Use this time to let your body recover and come back ready for the 2010 beatdowns starting Saturday 01.02.2010!!

These box jumps are scaring me
Last week I fell twice during the workout. Lol.
But I did get excited for my first crossfit bruise : )
Every crossfit bruise tells a story, Jasmine, and men all love girls with scars..
I’ve noticed I tend to fall quite a bit at crossfit. Its like I revert back to elementary school
Jasmine- I fall, run into things, trip over my own feet and any other kind of stumble you can imagine on the regular. I don’t even do box jumps for that reason- I stumble just stepping up!
