HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

For those of you that are traveling during this time, there is a link to the right for our travel WODs. For those of you sticking around town, that still want to get a good workout in…go for a run, hike up Kennesaw Mountain and Little Kennesaw or go run up Stone Mountain. Go bike or take a yoga class. Use this time to let your body recover and come back ready for the 2010 beatdowns starting Saturday 01.02.2010!!

    I am really not comfortable with this..If God ever decided to create a sneaky bunch of people, they would look a lot like our trainers…

    These box jumps are scaring me

    Last week I fell twice during the workout. Lol.

    But I did get excited for my first crossfit bruise : )

    I’ve noticed I tend to fall quite a bit at crossfit. Its like I revert back to elementary school

    Jasmine- I fall, run into things, trip over my own feet and any other kind of stumble you can imagine on the regular. I don’t even do box jumps for that reason- I stumble just stepping up!

    Mike – I am not sneaky… I am very upfront about torturing you, stalking you from the spray zone during your WODs and screaming at you. I don’t appreciate the implication that I’m sneaky rather than just mean! :D

    Um (because I’m on break from school and have oodles of free time) I did watch that you tube video – I am SILENT. . .is that real?

    If so – could we get one for the gym and instead of burpees for faults we would have to do that. . .I’m just saying =)
