Fight Gone Bad!
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Operation Phoenix
Operation Phoenix is a CrossFit initiative that will raise the necessary funds to equip the entire United States Marine Corps with functional fitness equipment to increase combat preparedness, reduce injury, and strengthen unit cohesion. This will be accomplished through non-profit sales, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations. Every penny raised will go directly to “America’s Fighting Force,” the USMC. Check out more here…

Great job David getting a “Pukie” award and not quitting FGB this morning! It takes alot to stick it out when things go south!
Man i’ve been waiting for this one to come up for a while – I can’t make it in tonight though, have a work event that I have to attend at 6pm.

Ray – I know you do morning sessions with the skanks on Tuesday and Thursday, but do you do an early morning session on Wednesday? I missed today because I’m ill, and will miss tomorrow night due to a work function…
I thought tomorrow instead of a rest day we could continue on the gymnastics trend:
10 reps of running the length of the gym, jumping onto a pommel horse, making sure to stick the landing, then 30 burpees. Then we hit the uneven bars…

I love my water breaks
So this post has nothing to do with the W.O.D, but after the embarassement of last night’s DJ perfomance, I am determined to make multiple playlists on my ipod that everyone will enjoy! I don’t care how long it takes me, I’m going to do it. Suggestions?
And if I hear nothing back, then none of you all can complain and will have to find your motivation from my girly crap.

Hey all you potential early birds…
Monday-Thursday I offer the 6am by appointment. I just need at least 24 hours notice and confirmation you will be there. I currently have a regular crew coming on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am and I confirm it with them each week. Try to make those days or get a small crew together. These am classes may become regular schedule in the future as we grow. Until then just contact me directly to schedule dawn patrol.
