		<description>my old PE coach in highschool use to tell us all the time that Emmitt Smith is the only NFL player that could do that youtube video exercise by touching the ground with his nose and raising himself back up.  he use to do all kinds of crazy leg workouts apparently that no one else could do...

i wish youtube wasnt blocked at work...</description>
