Question: what do you recommend for an electrolyte drink? I get dehydrated and cramp easily eventhough I drink a lot of water. I currently drink regular gatorade, but it is full of sugar of course. I eat a very low sodium diet, so sometimes I don’t have enough sodium to hold hydration without gatorade.
