- Tuesday, May 26th through Friday, May 29th there will be EVENING CLASSES ONLY.
- Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31 are back to normal schedule and Monday is back to our regularly scheduled program.

We hope you had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend! Just a reminder, this week is going to be a limited schedule with some back to basics programming. We have set up the blog to auto post each day, it’s been tested and should work, but just in case it doesn’t please bear with us. Josh will have the workouts at the gym ready for you
! Be ready for the beatdowns when Ray and I return on June 1st

I guess were skipping the pull ups?
I think we can get a bunch running Barbara RX – maybe this is the scaled down WOD for some of the new people.
Do you want to do the RX? What time are you going?
Ill be there about 630 – Id like to do the RX but my leg is still really screwed up – i tried a couple air squats today and it hurt like hell, so ill probably modify to 30/40/50 pullups, pushups, situps – I keep reinjuring myself doing dumb shit when im wasted at 3am and I cant feel anything.
Get you an RX though T – Barbara is a hard WoD.
Pull ups would be good for ya!

Taylor, I’ll do the RX with you. What time are you coming in? I usually come in at 5, but if a group wants to do RX, I can always come in later.
It’s probably a typo, don’t you think they meant to add the 20 pullups? Bridget was probably drunk in Italy when she did this hehe

Well it doesnt say Barbara – and there is no mention of 3 min rest – so its probably non-stop w/o pullups to try and speed things along – my guess not a typo – but if ppl want to run RX Barbs shouldnt be an issue. As long as you can keep track of your own time on the big clock.

I think it was nice of Rebecca to think of us guys and our fragile egos while at the Crossfit Games, loading the bar with the 10 lb plates visible then adding the 45’s so we all wouldn’t see her cranking out overhead squats with 185 lbs and be crushed.
After a week of Paleo and then going totally broken arrow yesterday at a cookout, I can tell you all that the cavemen were all killed by a single plate of brownies.
Paleo? What’s paleo? The amount of alcohol I drank this weekend is definitely NOT paleo…
Looking forward to recovering this week! Just in time for more beer fun this weekend…

Good thing about Paleo is that they are ok with the “occasional” beer but don’t go so far as to define occasional..So if you had 26 occasions this weekend, good for you.
I may have had something closer to 40 occasions this weekend… that still may be a conservative guess…

I am trying, Pirate CPA..I was hoping the parrot on your shoulder could add a few posts, or maybe there were some memorable scenes from the wedding that we could discuss, but everybody wants to talk about workouts and nutrition, and that is just not the point of this blog…It is Country Music Week at CFPT, we have that going for us….
